No. Extreme heat can change the shape of the gaskets inside your watch that seal it from water protrusion. As such, you are advised against wearing your watch in a hot tub, jacuzzi or sauna even if it is water resistant. Also please note that heavily chlorinated or chemically-intense water can also corrode the gaskets that protect your watch and should be avoided if possible.
