Any watch or timepiece that we sell that requires batteries will come with the battery already installed. When you get your watch, all you will have to do is adjust the time (if necessary), and put it on. Of course if you have small wrists, you might need to have a link or two taken out of the band for a metal watch, but that can be done easily and cheaply by local watch or jewelry repair shop, or by yourself (for the more adventurous types).
