Frequently Asked Questions

Many of our watches are rated for Water Resistance. Please use the information below as a guide, however we encourage all of our customers to treat their logo watches like they would any other piece of jewelry and protect it accordingly.

  • Water Resistant: If a watch is labeled as Water Resistant, without a rating, it will tolerate splashes of water or rain
  • 5 ATM (or approx 50 Meters): Usable while showering, bathing, dishwashing, etc.
  • 10 ATM (or approx 100 Meters): Usable while swimming or snorkeling (but not diving)
  • 15 ATM (or approx 150 Meters): Usable during general water sports
  • 20 ATM (or approx 200 Meters): Usable during water sports including free diving
  • Diver's 150 Meter: ISO standard for scuba diving

Please Note: Water resistance can be effected by a number of factors. Whenever your watch case is opened to change batteries or perform service, please make sure the service personnel also change the gaskets. Failing to do this can lead to reduced water resistance and problems down the line. Any reputable watch repair company should know to replace the gaskets when replacing the battery or opening the watch case.
