30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any watch, time piece or other item you purchased from AllStarWatch.com, please follow the simple procedures below and we will refund your purchase (item price + taxes). We never charge any restocking fees or charges for returns. Unfortunately we can't refund shipping charges as these are services that were provided and are non-refundable.

In order to return your merchandise, first insure that it is in its original condition with no damage or alterations, and with all original packaging. Once you have verified your items condition, please follow the simple steps below.

1. Contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
   We will respond with an RMA number and instructions for returning your merchandise.
   
2. Ship the merchandise back to us.
   Return the items to us by following the instructions we provide with your RMA Number. We must receive your return within 30 days of the day you originally received your merchandise. Due to changes in market conditions, seasons, and potential design and logo changes, we can not accept any returns after 30 days. Make sure you include all original packaging and that the merchandise is in new, un-damaged condition.
3. We review the merchandise for completeness and condition.
   We will contact you when we receive your returned merchandise. Assuming everything is in order we will process your return and refund within 48 hours.
4. We refund your purchase amount (item costs and any applicable taxes).
   Once your refund has been processed, we will credit the original payment method with the original purchase price of the returned merchandise and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show up with your credit card provider or PayPal account.
